How to Meditate Using the Music?

Meditation today has become an alternative method of therapy is believed to be several problems with the release of stress cure. How to meditate using the music?

1. Choose the music you love and comfort
2. Imagine music system/mp3 correctly so you do not disrupted due to technical problems
3. Sit or lie in a really comfortable position for you
4. Breathe deeply and focus on the music and your breath or just the music and lets you flow with the music in a completely relaxed state of mind
5. Freeing itself from all other thoughts except a sense of music and when the music stops is not only off of the state of rest, but again Breathe deeply and slowly adapt to your environment.

Music has always been known as stress relievers, and when you combine meditation with them then you are bound to eliminate stress.
