Meditation Guide

Meditation occurs when you can bypass the mind and communicate with your sources, or what some call God or Spirit. Getting there requires a lot of discipline because we need to know how to relax the body and calm your mind. And here lies the rub: It is not easy, and requires some self-regulation.
