Periodontal Disease, Must be Prevented

Periodontal (gum) disease is a disease that is much more visible. The disease is rarely the fault of other health problems. We now know that bacteria that cause gum disease, travel through our bloodstream and can attack various organs in our body to make things worse existing conditions. This does not happen tonight, but by time. Reflecting back to my own battle with gum disease, I do not know what this disease or what caused the damage.
