With a strong and healthy immune system is important for good health.

Your immune system is the largest unit, microbes and other bacteria that fights harmful to your health. It also fights viruses. Do you want if you think it is strong, there are some things you do to be able to make this possible. One of the first things you do to keep your immune system in good shape and top performance is to have a healthy, balanced diet. I try a good diet as much as I can. I can not stress this enough. A healthy diet is essential for proper functioning of the immune system.

Yoga for Physical and Spiritual Health

Although I feel very good after practicing yoga, they most often. Then I thought about writing an article on the physical and spiritual benefits of yoga, I motivate and perhaps have a daily practice.

A few years ago when I was in college I bought a book on yoga and taught me the asanas or postures. Over the years I have taken courses and participated sporadically yoga retreats and meditation. I always felt better when they practice yoga regularly. My body feels strong and relaxed, I feel energetic and happy and I feel spiritually prepared – ready to take my spiritual life to another level.

When I started practicing yoga, I thought it was the body. In my practice of yoga and then I realized the importance of focusing on breathing and meditation. The practice of yoga with a concentrated mind, conscious and calm and an open heart allowing the practice of yoga, meditation.

When it comes to fats, avoid saturated and trans fats, but do not eat food that a polyunsaturated or monounsaturated fats are healthy and needed by our body.
