Yoga for Physical and Spiritual Health

Although I feel very good after practicing yoga, they most often. Then I thought about writing an article on the physical and spiritual benefits of yoga, I motivate and perhaps have a daily practice.

A few years ago when I was in college I bought a book on yoga and taught me the asanas or postures. Over the years I have taken courses and participated sporadically yoga retreats and meditation. I always felt better when they practice yoga regularly. My body feels strong and relaxed, I feel energetic and happy and I feel spiritually prepared – ready to take my spiritual life to another level.

When I started practicing yoga, I thought it was the body. In my practice of yoga and then I realized the importance of focusing on breathing and meditation. The practice of yoga with a concentrated mind, conscious and calm and an open heart allowing the practice of yoga, meditation.
